A Free Fall Baltimore grant from Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts provided the funding for a Creative Placemaking workshop to create a more beautiful, artful, and inviting entrance space in front of the John Eager Howard Elementary School.
A collaboration with Reservoir Hill Improvement Council.
